The Aditya Law Review invites original and unpublished research papers, articles, case comments, book reviews, and notes from students, academicians, researchers, advocates, and legal professionals. Submissions should reflect quality research, critical analysis, and relevance to contemporary legal issues.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must be original and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Co-authorship is permitted subject to a maximum of two authors.
  • The submission must include the title of the paper, author details, institutional affiliation, and contact information.
  • Citations and references should follow a uniform legal citation format.
  • The content should be free from plagiarism and maintain academic ethics.
  • The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request modifications to the submitted manuscript.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit papers on constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, cyber law, human rights, environmental law, and other emerging legal subjects.
  • Selected papers will be published after editorial review and approval.
