Moot Court Committee

About the Committee

The Moot Court Committee of Aditya College of Law is a student-run academic body established with the objective of fostering excellence in legal advocacy, oral argumentation, and written pleading among law students. Operating under the guidance of experienced faculty advisors, the Committee serves as the institutional platform through which students are trained, mentored, and prepared to represent the college at inter-collegiate, national, and international moot court competitions.

Mooting is widely regarded as one of the most effective pedagogical tools in legal education. It equips students with the ability to research complex legal questions, construct coherent arguments, and present them confidently before a simulated judicial bench. The Committee at Aditya College of Law is committed to making this experience accessible and rigorous for all students enrolled in the BA LLB and LLB programmes.
